Allwood Trees began with a simple idea: grow quality ornamental trees and help people plant them properly. We opened to the public in 2009, offering delivery and planting services, and have grown steadily alongside the gardens and landscapes we’ve helped create.

Today, we’re more than a nursery. While we continue to grow over 15,000 trees on-site, including deciduous varieties, NZ natives, and evergreens, we also provide a full range of landscape architecture and horticultural services. Our team includes a Landscape Architect and Horticulturist, working across residential gardens, subdivisions, street tree planning and installation, and ongoing maintenance.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Instead, we listen carefully and work collaboratively to shape outdoor spaces that suit both our clients and the land itself, from private gardens to large-scale developments.
