Acer japonicum - Fullmoon Maple
Description
Japanese species similar to Acer Palmatum but with more stocky growth and larger foliage. Red flowers appear with young foliage. Brilliant autumn colour. Moist well drained soil and wind protection. Ideal in woodland site.
